Tim Francis joined H Francis & Co in 1992 after starting as a trainee with Elders VPC as a 16-year-old, and working throughout Victoria and NSW, as an auctioneer, often traveling to more than one sale a day and cutting his teeth with some of the larger Elders clients of the 80s and 90s. Tim’s vast knowledge and contacts are invaluable.
Alex Croker Born and raised in Taralga NSW, Alex joined our team in 2008 after a number of years jackarooing across NSW including Ironbark Herefords in Barraba. He moved to Wagga from his position as Cattle overseer at one of 'The Bell Group' properties “Boonoke” NSW. He has since become our go-to man for livestock and properties East of Wagga.
Alex was awarded the Mike Nixon Memorial Award in 2016
Matt Hawker joined H Francis and Co in July 2017. Born and bred in the Victorian Wimmera. Matt has been farming and shearing for the last 10 years with his adventures taking him overseas. In the year before coming to H Francis Matt spent the year as a lamb buyer. Matt has extensive experience in the industry and is ready for your call.
David Kosa
joined us in 2017, initially working in the yards on sale days, and was promoted to Trainee Stock & Station Agent in 2019. Since then, he has completed his qualification and built a strong client base by delivering good, old-fashioned service.
Originally from Lancefield, VIC. Dave has grown up around horses and cattle and his past time involves breaking in horses back in Victoria and surrounds
Adrian Waru joined our team in 2023 and has since gone on to complete his Cert III in Stock, Station & Real Estate. He is now studying to get his licence.
Adrian was born in Young and went to school in Forbes and started working at the Forbes saleyards before moving to Tamworth to start his traineeship, before he came to us in 2023.
