Clearview is located 35km north west Wagga and 19km south of Coolamon in the district known as the Gap. The Tooyal School road forms the eastern boundary and East Millwood road is the western boundary. Land area is 202.6ha or 500 acres on one title in the Wagga City Council area. This parcel is accessed from East Milwood Road on the western boundary and Tooyal School Road from the east. Soils are soft rolling red to chocolate loams rates as 94% arable.
